- Candidates will be selected through walk-in interviews.
General Information / Instructions
- The posts are project-specific for IRCON’s Bengaluru project on a contract basis and do not provide any right for absorption into IRCON’s regular establishment or other projects.
- Initial contract duration is one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements. The appointment is co-terminus with the project.
- Medical Coverage: Contract employees must obtain a Health Insurance Policy of ₹3,00,000 (covering COVID-19 and other diseases). Premium (up to ₹4,000/year) will be reimbursed upon submission of policy copy and receipt.
- Provident Fund (PF): Minimum contribution as per EPF & MP Act, 1952 will be deducted from salary, with a matching contribution by IRCON. Accumulated PF will be paid at contract cessation.
- Leave: One leave per calendar month; leaves can accumulate but no encashment for unutilized leave. Weekly off and public holidays as per project schedule.
- Working Hours: As per project norms. TA/DA will be provided for official outstation duty. No other benefits/perks are admissible.
- Eligibility Verification: False or incorrect information may lead to rejection/cancellation at any stage.
- Ex-contract Employees: Previous IRCON contract employees whose projects ended may apply if they meet qualifications and experience, treated as fresh appointments.
- Posts may vary in number; IRCON reserves the right to modify, cancel, or adjust requirements without notice.
- Eligibility Confirmation: Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before reporting for the walk-in interview.
Documents to Bring for Walk-in Interview
- Typed application on A4 paper (format attached).
- Experience certificates in chronological order. For current employment, provide offer letter and last two months’ salary slips.
- Proof of date of birth (Class X certificate).
- Caste/EWS/Age relaxation certificates as per Government of India format.
- Educational certificates – Degree/Diploma and all semester/year mark sheets.
- Percentage in essential qualifications should be filled without rounding off.
- If consolidated mark sheet is unavailable, average of all semesters/years will be considered.
