NABARD Young professional 44 Posts Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
Step 1: Application Screening
- Applications from eligible candidates will be reviewed by the Screening Committee.
- Screening will consider factors such as academic performance, relevant work experience, overall profile, and statement of intent.
Step 2: Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC).
- Final selection is based on combined scores from the presentation and interview.
- Interviews will be held at the respective NABARD Regional Offices for the state of vacancy.

Program Duration
- Initial engagement is for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years depending on performance and organizational requirements.
Legal Status
- Engagement is on a short-term contract basis; Young Professionals are not considered staff or officials of NABARD.
- Engagement does not create an employer-employee relationship or guarantee future employment.
- Full-time commitment is required; no other assignments allowed during engagement.
Leave
- Maximum of 30 days per calendar year, provided proportionately.

Conduct, Discipline, and Confidentiality
