Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: MBBS with specialization in any of the following: MD/DNB in Medicine, Internal Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Chest & TB, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or Pharmacology; or MBBS.
- Essential Qualifications: Same as above.
Salary/Stipend:
- Emoluments: ₹800 per hour / ₹500 per hour (depending on assignment)
- Conveyance Allowance: Reimbursement on actuals, with a maximum of ₹4,500 per month for travel up to 30 km one way, or up to ₹6,000 per month for long-distance travel (beyond 30 km one way), on a case-to-case basis.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026):
- Maximum Age: 65 years
- Age relaxation up to 70 years may be granted with specific approval from management.

BHEL PTMC Section Engineer Notification 2026 out Selection Process:
- Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria will be selected through a walk-in interview.
- Selection will be based on verification of original certificates and performance in the personal interview.
- The selected candidate will undergo a medical fitness test at the BHEL Dispensary at the time of joining.
General Information/Instructions:
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- Candidates must ensure they meet all essential eligibility criteria and other requirements before attending the walk-in interview. Any false information, suppression of facts, or failure to meet eligibility may lead to rejection of candidature or termination after appointment.
- BHEL reserves the right to revise, reschedule, cancel, suspend, or modify the recruitment process at any stage without prior notice. The management’s decision will be final.
- Any legal proceedings related to this recruitment will be restricted to Delhi courts only, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Candidates must be able to produce relevant documents to prove their qualifications; failure to do so may lead to disqualification.
