Exclusion: Candidates who have undergone training under similar scheme for one year or more in any other PSUs will not be eligible to apply. |

Coal India Ltd Industrial Trainee 125 Posts Recruitment 2025
Coal India Limited Recruitment 2025 Posts Selection Process :
- Selection will be based on Intermediate (Class 12) exam marks of CA/CMA (both groups combined), as applicable.
- Government reservation policy will be followed, with preference given to landowners and wards of employees.
- Candidates must select 9 company preferences (in order) from CIL and its subsidiaries: CIL (HQ), ECL, BCCL, CCL, CMPDIL, NCL, MCL, SECL, and WCL.
- Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Intermediate examination.
- Posting will be done according to company preference and merit rank/seniority.
- In case of a tie in marks:
- Older candidate (by date of birth) will be given seniority.
- If DOB is also the same, higher Class 10 marks will be preferred.
- A waiting list of 125 additional trainees will be prepared as per Government of India reservation rules.
- Any shortfall in joining from the main list will be filled from the waiting list (category-wise).
