1. Educational Qualification
Senior Ship Draftsman (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation):
- Three-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline from a State Board of Technical Education with at least 60% marks
- Minimum of two years post-qualification experience as a Ship Draftsman or Draftsman in a Shipyard, Engineering Company, Ship Design Company, or Government/Semi-Government organization
- Desirable: Experience in 3D modeling software such as Tribon, CADMATIC, or other CAD software
Junior Technical Assistant (Mechanical):
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education with minimum 60% marks
- At least four years post-qualification experience in installation and commissioning of mechanical systems in a Shipyard, Engineering Company, or Government/Semi-Government organization
- Desirable: Experience in HVAC systems, fire-fighting systems, cranes, air compressors, pumps, and piping systems
Junior Technical Assistant (Electrical):
- Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks
- Minimum four years post-qualification experience in installation and commissioning of electrical systems
- Desirable: Experience with PLC/SCADA/DCS systems, HT/LT switchgear panels, and power management systems
Junior Technical Assistant (Electronics):
- Three-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks

Laboratory Assistant (Mechanical):
- Essential: Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering with minimum 60% marks
- Desirable: Radiographer Certificate Level-I from BARC or PCN/ISNT/ASNT Level II certification in four NDT methods
- Minimum four years post-qualification experience in a testing laboratory or quality control activities
Laboratory Assistant (Chemical):
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university with at least 60% marks
- Minimum four years post-qualification experience in metal, water, oil, fuel, or paint testing laboratories, preferably NABL-accredited

Storekeeper:

The prescribed age limit for CSL Workmen Category Recruitment 2025 is as follows:
- Maximum Age: 35 years as on 12 January 2026
(Candidates must be born on or after 13 January 1991) - OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Age relaxation of 3 years for posts reserved for OBC candidates
- SC: Age relaxation of 5 years for posts reserved for SC candidates
- PwBD (Storekeeper & Assistant posts): Age relaxation as per Government of India norms
- Maximum permissible age after all relaxations:
- 45 years for UR
- 48 years for OBC
