EIL Deputy Manager Notification 2026 out for 05 Posts: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university or institute.
Experience Requirements:
- Manager: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in cost estimation for feasibility studies, project economic analysis, cost optimization studies, and estimates for various procurement requirements during project execution in Refinery, Petrochemical, Gas Processing, or LNG plants.
- Deputy Manager (Cost Engineering): Minimum 4 years experience in similar areas as above.
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical/Metallurgy Engineering): Minimum 4 years experience in Risk-Based Inspection, Reliability, Availability & Maintainability, and Fitness-for-Purpose in Refinery, Petrochemical, Gas Processing, Fertilizer, or Chemical plants.
Relaxation:
- Candidates with post-graduate degrees in engineering get 1 year relaxation in experience.
- Candidates with Ph.D. get 4 years relaxation in experience.
- Experience should be counted as on the cut-off date 30 November 2025.
- The specified qualification should have been obtained within the minimum course duration.
Salary/Stipend
- Manager: Pay Scale – ₹80,000–2,20,000; Total CTC (approx.) – ₹26.66 lakh per annum
- Deputy Manager: Pay Scale – ₹70,000–2,00,000; Total CTC (approx.) – ₹23.45 lakh per annum
- CTC Includes: Basic Pay, DA, HRA, other perks & allowances, encashment of earned leaves, and applicable retirement benefits

EIL Deputy Manager Notification 2026 out for 05 Posts: Selection Process
- The selection will be conducted through an Interview at New Delhi/Gurugram or via video conferencing.
- EIL may shortlist candidates for the interview by considering marks obtained in qualifying examinations and/or relevance of work experience.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via email.
- Final selection is provisional and subject to verification of documents at the time of the interview.
