General Instructions
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- Age and post-qualification experience will be calculated as of 24.12.2025.
- Experience is counted from the date of acquiring the required educational qualifications.
- Meeting minimum qualifications is mandatory; additional higher qualifications will not disqualify a candidate.
- Individuals dismissed, removed, or compulsorily retired from government, PSU, autonomous bodies, or local authorities are not eligible and must declare this if selected.

Terms of Engagement
- The consultant will initially be engaged for 6 months, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements, with approval from the Competent Authority.
- Consultants are entitled to 12 days of leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis. Leave beyond this will be unpaid and cannot be carried forward.
- Government and National Holidays are paid.
- Working hours are generally 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a half-hour lunch break. Extended hours or work on holidays may be required based on workload.
- Consultants may be posted primarily in New Delhi but can be assigned to other HUDCO offices across India.
- Consultants must have their own laptop.
- No additional benefits or allowances beyond the consolidated remuneration will be provided.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process or joining the assignment.
- The contract may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or payment in lieu thereof. HUDCO may terminate engagement immediately for misconduct, continuous absence exceeding 10 days, or false information/documentation.
- Consultants are expected to adhere to Central Government rules and work with honesty and integrity.
- Consultants must maintain confidentiality and are prohibited from publishing articles or participating in broadcasts without approval.
- Engagement as a consultant does not guarantee future employment at HUDCO.
- TA/DA at prescribed rates will be provided only for official travel.
