Educational Qualification & Experience (Post-wise Summary)
Superintending Engineer
Candidates must possess an M.Tech/B.Tech/Master’s degree in Electronics, Communication, Information Technology, or a related ICT field with 10–12 years of relevant experience in reputed media or ICT organizations. Experience in operation, maintenance, and leadership of media/ICT hardware, software systems, TV & radio broadcasting equipment is desirable. A postgraduate diploma in media or ICT will be an added advantage.
Production Officer
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or a Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Printing Technology. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 8 years of experience in textbook or publication printing, along with knowledge of layout, cover design, paper selection, and computer-based printing processes.
Business Manager
A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor’s degree with a postgraduate diploma in Sales/Marketing is required. Desirable qualifications include a minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales and promotion within a reputed publishing organization and basic computer proficiency.
Assistant Production Officer
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology or a Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Printing Technology. Preference will be given to those with at least 5 years of experience in print production and sound knowledge of printing processes and computer-based systems.
Assistant Engineer Grade-A
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Communication, or Information Technology/ICT. Desirable qualifications include 5 years of experience in broadcast equipment handling, media systems maintenance, and team leadership in ICT environments.
Assistant Public Relations Officer
A degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Public Relations is required. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience in press liaison work, editing journals, preparing press releases, and bilingual (Hindi & English) communication skills.
Senior Accountant
Graduation in Commerce, Economics, or related financial disciplines is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of regular service in Pay Band-I with Grade Pay of ₹2400.
Junior Hindi Translator
A Master’s degree in Hindi or English with the other language as a compulsory subject is required, along with a recognized translation diploma or two years of translation experience in government offices.
Junior Accountant
Candidates must be graduates in Commerce, Economics, or related financial disciplines.
Store Officer / Store Keeper (Grade I & II)
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, or Material Management. Experience in store management, procurement, inventory handling, and computer knowledge is desirable. Certification in storekeeping or purchasing will be an added benefit.
Production Assistant
A Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology along with a postgraduate diploma in book publishing and at least 3 years of relevant experience in printing and production is required.
Professional Assistant
Candidates must have an M.Lib.Sc./M.LISc with a minimum of 50% marks. Experience in library services and knowledge of library software are desirable.
Cameraman Grade-II
Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in photography, videography, cinematography, film production, or mass communication with at least 3 years of experience in video/film production.
Engineering Assistant
A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, or ICT is required. Experience in operating and maintaining broadcast and ICT equipment is desirable.
Script Writer
A postgraduate degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in writing scripts for films or television is required. Experience in educational content writing is preferred.
Set Designer
A diploma in stage craft or mass communication with at least 3 years of experience in TV, film, or stage set design is required.
Technician Grade-I
Candidates should have passed 10th/12th and hold a diploma in Electronics, Communication, or IT-related fields.
Audio Radio Producer / TV Producer / Graphic Assistant (Grade I & II)
Graduation with a diploma or degree in media production, mass communication, graphics, animation, or related fields is required. Relevant experience in media production and educational content creation is desirable.
Clerical & Support Staff (LDC, Computer Operator, Floor Assistant, Film Assistant, Lab Assistant, Library Attendant, etc.)
Qualifications range from 10th/12th pass to graduation, depending on the post. Relevant technical skills, typing proficiency, ITI certification, and work experience are required or desirable as per post norms.
