IRCON Manager 32 Posts Notification 2026 : Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute approved by AICTE/UGC.

Essential Post-Qualification Experience (as on 01.12.2025):
A minimum of five years of experience in Electrical construction, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, or TRD maintenance in any of the following sectors:

IRCON Manager 32 Posts Notification 2026 : Salary / Stipend

• Fixed Consolidated Pay: ₹60,000 per month
• Annual Increment: 5% increase on fixed consolidated pay after completion of each year of service
• Medical Coverage:
  • Contract employees must obtain a Medical Health Insurance Policy of ₹3,00,000 for self, including coverage for COVID-19 and other diseases
  • Maximum reimbursable premium: ₹4,000 per annum, subject to submission of policy copy and original payment receipt
• Provident Fund:
  • PF contributions as per EPF & MP Act, 1952 will be deducted from salary
  • IRCON will provide a matching employer contribution
  • Total PF accumulation will be paid upon cessation of contract

• The advertised posts are purely contractual and not part of the regular establishment of IRCON.
• The initial appointment will be for two years, subject to satisfactory performance.
• The contract may be extended for one additional year based on project requirements and performance.
• The appointment is co-terminus with the project and does not confer any right for absorption into IRCON’s regular establishment or for appointment to other projects.
• Leave Entitlement:
  • One leave per calendar month of service is admissible during the contract period.
  • Leave may be accumulated but leave encashment is not permitted during or after the contract period.
  • No other type of leave is admissible.
• Holidays & Working Conditions:
  • One weekly off and public holidays as observed by the project office will be applicable.

• Candidates awarded CGPA/OGPA/DGPA must submit the conversion formula prescribed by their University/Institute.

  • Must submit an OBC certificate in the prescribed Government of India format (Annexure-A).
  • The certificate must be issued in the current financial year and indicate non-creamy layer status.
• Percentage marks should be mentioned without rounding off.
  • If a consolidated mark sheet is unavailable, the final percentage will be calculated by averaging all semesters/years.
  • Where conversion is not provided by the University, a minimum CGPA of 6 on a 10-point scale will be considered equivalent to 60%, with proportional adjustment for other scales.
