TGSRTC TST MST Notification 2026 out for 198 Posts: Educational Qualifications
Traffic Supervisor Trainee (Post Code 47):
- Must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized university in India established under a Central Act, State Act, or recognized by the UGC, or an equivalent qualification as of 1st July 2025.
- Candidates with higher qualifications than the prescribed degree are also eligible.
Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (Post Code 48):
- Must have a Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from the Department of Technical Education, Government of Telangana or an equivalent qualification as of 1st July 2025.
- Candidates with higher qualifications such as BE/B.Tech/AMIE in the relevant discipline are also eligible.

- Pay Scale: ₹27,080 – ₹81,400 per month
- Training Period (12 months): Candidates will receive a stipend equivalent to the minimum of the pay scale for Deputy Superintendent (Traffic/Mechanic).
- Post Training: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be appointed as Deputy Superintendent (Traffic/Mechanic).
- Stipend will be provided during both the training and extended training period.

Written Examination:
- All eligible candidates must appear for a written exam consisting of one paper of 3 hours duration for 200 marks (200 MCQs).
